Can I use any of the Herbal Teas while breastfeeding?
We do not recommend using Herbal Tea products while breastfeeding as some herbs can have an effect on the nursing child.
Should I use any of the Herbal Teas up until ovulation or throughout my entire cycle?
You should always check with your doctor or healthcare provider for medical advice. We recommend using Herbal Teas throughout your entire cycle, until a positive pregnancy has been confirmed.
I have an existing medical condition, are these teas suitable for me?
If you have a medical condition other than PCOS, we would not advise you to use our products until you have consulted with your healthcare practitioner.

Are Natural Herbal Tea products suitable for me?
No product will be a perfect fit for everyone. Our products have been put together for the average female adult. Best results are achieved through having a healthy PCOS friendly diet, and working out routinely while consuming PCOS herbal tea daily.

How do I achieve best results?
It is recommended that you drink twice a day for at least 1 month to notice a decrease in free and testosterone levels, therefore balancing hormones. However to achieve best results, it is recommended to drink up to 3 months consecutively.
For example, there was a study done on hirsutism in which after 30 days of drinking spearmint tea, there was a clear and significant reduction in androgen hormones and follicular hair growth. Greater results can be achieved by drinking for a longer duration of time.
To best address PCOS symptoms it is highly recommended to drink PCOS Herbal tea while sticking with a PCOS friendly diet along with working out at least once a day.
